ZSY Series Cylindrical Gear Reducer

This product is produced according to the JB/T8853-1999 standard and has the international level of the 1980s. It is a new type of hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer that replaces the ZD, ZL, ZS, and JZQ series products produced according to the JB1130-70 standard as specified in the document (1999) No. 09 of the China Machinery Commission. Its characteristic is that the gears and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, and the gears are refined through processes such as carburizing, quenching, and grinding. Compared with the old series products, it has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, long service life, high efficiency, and low noise.

This series of reducers is a basic component in mechanical transmission, widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, light industry, energy, etc. It is an independent closed transmission device used between the prime mover and the working machine. Its applicable conditions are as follows:

The high-speed shaft speed of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min

The circumferential speed of the reducer gear transmission shall not exceed 20m/s

The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40 ℃ to 45 ℃. When it is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting.

The reducer can be used for both forward and reverse directions of operation. When users have requirements for one-way operation and reverse braking of the reducer, a backstop can be installed at the high-speed shaft end.
